Payment methods:
Payment is made by valid Credit/Debit Card or bank transfer.
Cantinho dos Cabrais reserves the right not to accept checks as a form of payment.
Cancelamentos:
Rate Free Cancellation – Up to 5 days before the check-in date, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded;
Charged Cancellation Fee- Up to 3 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded; up to 2 days or less before the Check-in date, no amount will be refunded;
In case of no show (no show) or cancellation during the stay, no amount will be refunded;
Booking or cancellation conditions may change during festive seasons, promotions, extended stays or groups;
More information:
Check-in from 15:30 to 21:00. (If you are unable to arrive before 21:00, you must inform us in advance about your arrival time);
Check-out from 8:00 until 12:00;
Breakfast served from 8 am to 10:30 am;
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms;
Pets are not allowed;
Free access to the SPA area (includes Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi) opening hours from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm (summer hours: from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm);
The hairdryer must be requested at reception upon check-in and must be left at reception upon check-out;
Children up to 6 years old free in the companion’s room (one per room); Possibility of requesting an extra bed (extra bed only if the reservation is made for the twin room type) at no cost. Free breakfast;
Children from 7 to 12 years old, pay €15, extra bed with breakfast included (extra bed only if the reservation is made for the twin room type).
